Here’s what you need to double-check or discuss every Sunday before the service begins. Make it your goal to be broadcast-ready by 8:50 AM so you can be present for comms check and start promptly at 8:55 with the Livestream Intro Video.

  • [ ] Discuss shot lists, ideas, and specific transitions with camera ops.

  • [ ] Make sure the ProPresenter capture settings are correct and that ProP is sending to Castr.io
  • [ ] Make sure Castr.io is active and sending feed to Facebook Live and YouTube Live.
  • [ ] Make sure all stream descriptions and titles are correct for the day.
