Everyone on the Production Team has a role to play on Sunday morning—it can be confusing! This page serves as a simple explanation of each role and what their important jobs are each weekend.
Worship Center Front of House
Front of House in the Worship Center serves the in-person gathering by leading with the worship band with audio and graphics. It’s led directly by the Producer.
- Producer: The leader of the Production Team on Sunday morning, the “air traffic controller” making sure everyone is on the same page about the service order and how we accomplish it.
- Front of House Audio mixer — The volunteer mixing audio for the Worship Center.
- ProPresenter operator — The volunteer displaying graphics and controlling light scenes for the Worship Center.
Broadcast Team
The Broadcast Team makes our gathering available for members and new guests to witness our worship.
- Video Director — The volunteer leader for the broadcast team who switches live video for the Small Group Venue and the Livestream.
- Broadcast Audio mixer — The volunteer who mixes audio for the broadcast feed.
- Camera Operators — Volunteers who tag team to capture the gathering live at the direction of the VD.
Small Group Venue (SGV)
The Small Group Venue serves as a place for small groups to worship with other small groups on Sunday morning while helping our church grow by making space in the Worship Center. This location has its own different production team needs!
- SGV Audio mixer — The volunteer who mixes audio live from the room and from the broadcast for the Small Group Venue.
- SGV ProPresenter operator — The volunteer who presents graphics and switches broadcast feeds for the Small Group Venue.
